We promise that every material we use is BPA and lead free and certified by CPSIA and ASTM child safety testing. We take every measure to ensure that our products meet or exceed safety regulations.

Valid warranty claims

Warranty claims must be made within the product warranty period. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date. We should add that the warranty period for replacement products begins on the original purchase date on the receipt. A valid receipt is required to submit a warranty claim.

After completing the Warranty Request Form our Customer Service Team will contact you and sent you further instructions. Please do not send any product back to us without contacting us first.
