CM Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays).

Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1.5 business days, depending on product availability. A signature may be required upon delivery for Second Day and Overnight shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

About the pre-sale items：Choco Mocha pre-order items are scheduled to be delivered to order customers after 30 business days.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or seven days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required, our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.
